The funniest thing that ever happened to me occured at recess in 4th grade.
In fourth grade when it was time to go outside all the fourth graders would line up at the door to go out. Then when a teacher would come they would all go out. When I was going out I noticed that the line was gone so I assumed that everyone had already gone outside so I went out and it was poring rain. I went back to the door and it was locked! It continued to rain incredibly hard and no one was comeing to the door. Finally after 15 minutes my teacher Mrs. Bartlett saw me and let me in. When she opened the door she looked at me and said you know, the front doors not locked.
Both of us brock out in laughfter as I went back to class socking wet. I did lern something that day. If you are locked outside allways check every door.
I imagine you looked so sad and sorry standing outside in the rain all by yourself! I'm glad you can laugh at yourself when silly things like that happen! Being able to deal with life's down moments with a sense of humor will make life easier and more enjoyable. I wish everyone had that attitude!
